On Bonaire you cannot do without your own transport! Bonaire is about one and a half times Texel, so not very big, but too big to do everything on foot.

You will certainly find bus stops there, but there are no buses. There are also few taxis on Bonaire.

So having your own car or scooter is very handy! We therefore like to think along with you and have our own cars that we rent out!

They are fine pick-ups with which you can also visit the Washington Slagbaai Park, for example. You rent these cars for $60 per day, which includes an All-risk insurance.

A few traffic rules are useful to know; the right has no right of way, you will not encounter traffic lights on Bonaire and keep in mind donkeys and goats on the road 😉
