TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At Puur Bonaire the minimum duration of stay is 3 nights. Please contact us should you wish to stay less than three days, we are happy to help.
You can check-in from 15:00 onwards on your day of arrival. An earlier arrival is no problem, but it could mean your studio is not yet available. A suitable solution in this case is enjoying a refreshing drink by the pool.
The keys to the studio should be turned in no later than 12:00 on the day of departure. Should you wish to check out later, we are happy to see what can be arranged.
Upon request we can pick you up from the airport, a carefree start to your vacation. Please provide us with the flight details ahead of time, so that you do not need to needlessly wait for us at the airport. The rental of the studios includes the use of water and electricity. This is limited to normal usage. Should you turn on the air conditioning unnecessarily (for example when you are not in the studio), we will charge you for these additional costs.
De rental prices exclude:
- One time surcharge of $50 for cleaning costs
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
After making a reservation you will receive a bill with the total amount due. In order to guarantee the reservation, we must receive a down payment of 30% of the total amount due ultimately a week after making the reservation.
The payment of the other 70% of the total amount due should be completed at least 4 weeks before the planned arrival date. Should the payment not be received by this date, the reservation will be cancelled automatically and you will be reimbursed for half of the down payment.
CANCELLATION
The consequences of a possible cancellation of the reservation:
- If the written (letter of e-mail) cancellation is received at least four weeks before the planned arrival date, we will refund, in case it has already been paid, 50% of the rental fee and 100% of the charged tourist tax, cleaning- and service costs.
- If the cancellation is received later than the mentioned four weeks before the planned arrival date, no payments will be refunded.
Unforeseen circumstances could lead to having to cancel your vacation. For this reason we always recommend having a travel/cancellation insurance policy!
COVID-19
Should cancellation be necessary due to changes in Corona (COVID-19) measures, there will be no charge. We will refund the reservation costs, we do not work with vouchers. The change in COVID-19 measures need to be announced after the reservation has been made and be the direct cause for cancellation (e.g. air travel to Bonaire is no longer possible).
