General conditions
At Pure Bonaire we have a minimum stay of three nights. Please contact us if you wish to stay less than these three nights. We will be happy to think along with you.
You can check in with us from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. It is no problem if you arrive earlier, however, there is then the possibility that your studio is not ready yet. An appropriate option is then to enjoy a cold drink at the pool.
On the day of departure you will return the keys to us no later than 12:00. Later check-out is negotiable.
We will pick you up from the airport if required. So you can start your vacation carefree. We would like to receive your flight details in time, so you don’t have to wait unnecessarily. The rent of the studios includes the use of water and electricity. This is limited to normal use. If the air conditioning is turned on unnecessarily (for example when you are not there), we will charge the extra costs.
Rents do not include:
- Cleaning fee $50 one-time fee
- Late check-out $50
Reservation and payment terms
After the reservation you will receive an invoice with the total amount. To guarantee the reservation, we receive a deposit of 30% of this total amount no later than one week after the reservation.
We receive the payment of the remaining 70% of the total amount no later than 5 days before the scheduled arrival date. If this payment is not received by us by this date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and a refund of half of the deposit will be made.
Cancel
The consequences if the reservation is cancelled:
- If the cancellation is received by us in writing (by letter / e-mail) no later than 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, we will refund, if already paid, 50% of the rent and 100% of the charged cleaning and service costs.
- If we receive the cancellation later than the stated four weeks before the arrival date, there will be no refund.
Unforeseen circumstances can result in a planned vacation not
going ahead. We therefore always recommend taking out travel/cancellation insurance
!
COVID-19
If cancellation is caused by changed measures related to Corona (Covid-19), the premise is that there is no charge. You will then receive a refund. We do not work with vouchers. The changed measure must have been promulgated after the moment of reservation and directly cause the cancellation (e.g. because air travel or entry to Bonaire is no longer possible).
Of course, we would then be happy to see you at a later time.
